Quality Control

: We take the quality of our products very seriously and adhere to strict quality control measures. However, SuppliPack cannot be held responsible for any loss of quality in the product due to faulty storage or handling after delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure proper storage and handling of the product.

Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property rights, such as patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, that are developed or used in connection with the contract manufacturing services, will remain the sole property of SuppliPack.

Confidentiality

SuppliPack will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided by the customer and will not disclose such information to any third party without the customer's prior written consent.

Warranties

SuppliPack makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our contract manufacturing services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on or through our services.

Liability

SuppliPack will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of our contract manufacturing services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

SuppliPack reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of our contract manufacturing services at any time. The customer is responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
